Securely pack the items in their original IshqME box along with the invoice, ensuring the product is unused and in its original condition.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.
Quality Check and Refund
After our team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
